He directed all non-investment functions, including: finance and accounting, operations, business development, investor relations, human resources, legal and compliance of the fund’s operating and management companies. Prior to joining Roaring Brook in 2007, Alex worked for ten years at Merrill Lynch's equity research department, where he developed the firm's flagship Global Financial Services research product. He holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. |
Alex is the Chief Operating Officer of Espial Capital Management. Prior to joining Espial, Alex spent four years as the COO for Roaring Brook Capital, where he was responsible for this long/short equity fund's core operational infrastructure and processes.
